Texting after sex

If u slept with someone and your ot sure how interested they are, what wuld you text them a few days after ? Would u just say hi and And just small talk ? Be flirty? What about If I ran out of stuff to say lol , I don't usually text people unless Im making arrangements/ meeting people/ have to ask them something

I would think it's usually safe to assume that if someone had sex with you, they're probably interested.
