Split the bills isn't £10 a week, that is the one of set up fee. It is £1 something a week. Just wanted to correct that.

Thought thwt was steep. then that becomes a lot more viable. especially if its with strangers.

Exactly its not too bad, I'm going into my second year and moving into a house with strangers and my landlord recommended it; I was happy to agree as I had so many problems with bills and my housemates this year and I'm not going through that again.
