I am a prospective student at the university of Sheffield for the September intake. I need a budget friendly accommodation near to the university with no uk based guarantor requirements and utility bills included. Where cacn i find such properties?

UniHomes would be a good place to start looking, they have a good list of properties all with bills included. Local student letting agencies include Broomhill Propertyshop, Tapton Estates and MBA lettings, although I am not sure about the guarantor requirements for these.
You may also want to look at Sheffield Student Accommodation 2023/2024 which is a facebook group for students looking for houses and housemates - if you are interested in housesharing - this will be a much cheaper option.
