I did the exact same subjects as you. I would not say that there is much difference, except that you just have to keep on top of your work and be prepared for lessons (especially biology). Good luck!

How about time organisation? Like, roughly how many hours should I spend on each subject a week?
1hr a week additional will be fine, Not including homework.
