So bored. Think I'll go shopping today. Must remember to put chicken out to defrost.
Not good. My OCD was through the roof last night and I couldn't eat, sleep, think about anything other than what I worrying about, took panic after panic attack and now my body is physically agony all over. I feel sick, like I am going collapse and void of all oomph basically.
On the plus side, I finally got an appt through today to see the CPN next week so hopefully I'll be on the right track soon. I've dealt with this since I was 5 and it's not got any easier
I wish people would see the seriousness of OCD. A lot of people are thankfully but there are still plenty of ignorant people out there.
Spending the day with my mum, hoping that helps

Worried, I don't know where my dad is, and he left his phone at home, he hasn't returned home, I ain't seen him since last night, but my mum says she seen him go out this morning, I'm a daddy's girl and even if the littlest of things happen to him I get freaked out.
I feel like cr*p. Im stressed to pieces
I've caught a cold. Sore throat, runny nose, severe headache and ear ache.
How come everyone is feeling so negative

The truth about being a nice guy is not that you cant be one, you cant be an easy guy.
Just dont put them on a pedestal and reply within 10seconds everytime...just chill
you wont die if you dont have a gf...are you dead now?
lets say youre playing a game but you get all the items, weapons, lvls and boss's to be defeated all at once-its not fun
you want to work for it, so do girls-so chill and just go easy-still be nice but dont be borderline desperate
