Small condom

I have make sex using a small condom, while I was having sex I saw that half of the penis was almost out of the condom. Is there a chance to have HIV or any other disease?

How can half the penis be almost out of the condom? What does that even mean? The condom broke and your penis was exposed... So yeah, it is possible...

I think he means that his penis was too big for the condom so half of it was exposed and he still had sexual intercourse anyway.

Fitting and fitting comfortably are two different things.

Sure, you can stretch a small condom to fit a huge penis, but it doesn't mean it fits comfortably.
