TIPS: FIRST: Think +ve - look at worst possible scenario, and think: "if that worst ensues, will it be the end of the world?" The answer, I bet, is A RESOUNDING "NO!".Then, the possibility of that worst actually occurring is quite low, is it not? OK, you are laughing already!Second: count your blessings - if you saw this programme on telly a few years ago where they send UK students abroad, this demotivated, spoilt guy from UK (you might remember, a boy and girl stayed with a Singh guy in India (with turban), who took the boy to a car factory to boost his morale in his field of interest); when he saw this child in India who was actually blind, saying "I want to be a computer consultant, and I WILL DO IT!", the boy from UK "woke up" and realized that we have it all "like a cake" in the west!!Third: Depending on your subject(s)/course, check out good sources of study and work technique and time planning; there are many online; take stock of your situation, look at your problems, grab them by the neck and sort them out, one by one. When you sort out one essay well and get a good mark that will give you the impetus to kill the next one, and on and on. Try and change your work from time to time, i.e. change the topic, subject, etc. ot just do something else for a short while. This will refresh you. Listen to some relaxing music e.g. Work hard Ply Hard and put it into practice OR Happy by Pherell, it will make you happy. If you have access to dad's album's listen to "Three little birds" by Bob Marley or "Sunshine Day" by Ossibisa. THEN GET BACK TO WORK! Change of work is rest, not just dozing!!
Fourth: use what I have termed "positive anti-viscious circle"!! Success leads to happiness leads to further success leads to further happiness leads to success again...................and again........ ................................ ................................ ................................ ................................ ................................ ................................ ................................ ................ to eternity!BEST OF LUCK, YOUNG MAN!
