My brain is slowly starting to stuggle. Counselling, essay and seeing a uni person in one day is beginning to take it's toll.

Take some time to yourself Mr Deyesy, brain exhaustion (not Brian exhaustion - let us not bring l'Uncle into this
) is not a good idea You got this
Keep at it for a bit, take a break, go back to it
Try to get a decent amount of sleep as well so you've time to process the happenings of today
Around if you want to chat too
