Mum ordered all the "bride to be", "Gran of the bride", "aunt of the bride" etc sashes for my hen night and now she has just clicked that instead of ordering "mother of the bride" for her, she bloody ordered "mother to be" by accident ffs lol
she's not due a baby but she's deffo due an eye test after getting that wrong sash

My mean friend H...messaged me at seven o clock this morning asking how many references I'd done
Replied back at a later hour (don't appreciate being woken up early by anyone other than one person) and said 17. Just seen now that she messaged me at half 3 asking she could read it!!!! The cheek!!
The essay was due in at 4pm today so that's given me a convenient excuse to ignore her - it's too late! 
She shouldn't have left it so late.
I'm on a 1-10pm work shift today anyway so I submitted mine yesterday.
This is karma for her making no effort on my birthday.
Bet she gets a better mark than me as well...that's what happened last time after I let her read mine

I'm the only network engineer at my organisation aside perhaps from my manager.
Any how, I explain to the general IT worker that the internet ("locally"
is surprisingly not that resilient, considering that the company called "Level three" is perhaps our only major link here to the USA, and if you screw up a BGP update, you can send all your traffic to Pakistan, causing mass outage... (ie: like what YouTube did a long time ago)
And that, when the floods happened in Glasgow, BT had a single point of failure which knocked all of the businesses in Glasgow off in the early hours of the morning. In fairness, they fixed it really quickly but still, there's only a single point of failure and that's bad because well, if you had two points of failure, at least you could fix one, and still have internet
I mention that apparently one of my ex colleagues works at a place where 75% of UK businesses go through their network, and I said imagine if they failed, even though it is highly unlikely
Colleague replied "Yeah. That'd mean I'd have no Peroni deliveries"
Forget the NHS' N3 network, forget NHS Scotland, forget the emergency services in general.. What's most important is his Peroni lol!
My concerns were the emergency services and the loss of commerce (also, porn, but not the commercial kind). His... beer lol

my Dad's laptop is the only laptop connected to the family printer (its a very old laptop running prehistorc microsoft...)
ANYWAY

a powerpoint with pictures of my club penguin, penguin. along with a picture of my stamp book, and a print screen of all the rooms before they were updated.
