Guess who joined I don't actually walk a whole lot, mobility problems and a uni course that consists of entirely sitting down, but I am making the effort to take slightly longer routes where I'm able and I'm using my breaks to go for a little wander in search of water rather than just resting my head on the desk
This is desperately making me want a fitbit though, not gonna lie
Same here I'm not a big walker but just been increasing my commute to and from TSR Towers and having lunch time strolls

That's amazing! Sport Relief is also all about any kind of movement that makes you happy! It'd be super cool to hear about any advice you've got for other people who might be in a similar boat? I always think there's so much in the little things you do to give your body some love (and help your mind!).
