Masturbated whilst fasting in Ramadhan
I feel so guilty that I masturbated in Ramadhan, I know that this is a really bad thing to do.
I have already prayed for forgiveness, however I need tips on how to abstain from porn.
It is really effecting my mental health

It is good that you feel bad and you have prayed for forgiveness. Allah is the most merciful and the doors of mercy are open. Continue to seek forgiveness.
In terms of abstaining from porn, u can:
get married if possible
Fasting is good to avoid masturbation
Lower your gaze
Fear Allah
May Allah guide us all

Allah is the most merciful.
Praying to a medieval monster won't help you. You haven't sinned and when you die you will just simply cease to be, exactly like everybody else.
