No Masturbating in November (30 days)

I have heard about this idea of not masturbating for the whole 30 days of November.
It is said to improve confidence, reduce social anxiety, cure erectile dysfunction
Is anyone on here taking part?

Sure am bud! This ain't just a one month thing for me though, I'm going the rest of my life.

And its true, people report having what they like to call ''super powers'' when you give up fapping. I've been on this journey for over 3 years so if you need info about anything, I got you covered

I'm going to give it a shot starting tomorrow!
I will give it a go and see what happens.

PIED is different. There is pattern amongst people who watch porn. They don't have any trouble arousing themselves when they watch porn but can't get it up when its a real partner.
So we can still have sex
it's a load of pseudoscience *******s. improves confidence and lowers social anxiety? i bet you won't be able to provide any evidence to support that with the exception of anecdotal evidence, which is extreamely reliable so can be easily disregarded. cures ED? i wonder why it's not mentioned on the NHS webpage on ED. hmmm.

Good luck man! I promise you it will change your life for the better.

Just a warning though, you may experience what is called a ''flatline'' a few weeks in. This is a tough period as you may feel depressed, anxious, lazy and all the ''super powers'' will seem to have gone. Don't fear though, because this just means you're healing and your brain is being rewired. You will come out of it eventually.

as a nofapper of 3.5 i say is this if nofap is a placebo then its one hell of a placebo. quitt porn and m changed my life wish i knew it early teens not age 20

the masturbation side there isnt much evidence saying its bad but porn tho tonnes of study out there saying it does more harm than good. and its only growing cos hardcore porn hasnt been around long

Dude you're only 16/17, you needn't worry about erectile dysfunction lmao.

If you're addicted to porn then that's the only reason to take part in NoFap... otherwise there's nothing wrong with having a bash here and there.

I am more interested in the idea of reducing social anxiety through NoFap.
