3 offers in the same hour??

My UCAS application was submitted on 30 November and I ended up receiving 3 offers on 4 December within a 30-minute window.. At first I assumed it was a mistake on the part of UCAS but I've received follow-up emails from all 3 unis. Is there any explanation for this or is it just a huge coincidence?

Coincidence for the most part, although UCAS receives decisions from unis a couple of times a day so they were likely made over a 24hr period.

Most Uni decisions go to UCAS at the end of the working day and, after UCAS have processed them, they then get sent out to applicants at some point in the evening / early hours.
