How to download the policies for accomodation?
The link I download are just random figures and letters. How can I get the download file for the 2019/2020 accomodation policies? It doesn't work for both laptop and phone.

I received a response from ResLife this morning...
"At present, the 2019/2020 accommodation policies document is not yet available. This will become available when accommodation offers are sent out. This is expected to be within the next couple of months."
I hope this clears some things up!
