I'm not terribly skinny but I haven't eaten anything yet today.
Bowl of coco pops

Baguette with scrambled egg mixed with spring onion in it.

Rice + mushroom sauce + breaded chicken + prawn crackers

1 pear

Big slice of Sainsbury's sweetie traybake

I only woke up at about 5pm. And I typically only have one or two meals a day.

Probably fell asleep about 8 AM this morning. I need to sort my sleep cycle out, I know.
4 pieces of toast: 2 with butter, 2 with butter and jam

packet of crisps
Blueberry, chia and honey porridge
Sweet and sour vegetable noodles
Korma with broccoli and rice
Greek yoghurt with cherries
An orange
A packet of chocolate coins and some Heroes leftover from Christmas
Hmm... mouldy rice and a tin of value tuna. Nvm… lots more mouldy rice left. Kedgerie for breakfast, yummy. We need a TV show... how to eat for less. Recycle your leftovers (or someone else's) into a nutritional family meal.

I had a cup of coffee only for breakfast.
For lunch a ham salad.
For dinner. Spaghetti bolognese.
Quite healthy I think!!!!
11am - biscuits
9pm - Caribbean rice and beans
12am - caramel (just plain caramel straight from the tin :mmm:

I haven't had an appetite for months so I eat a lot of plain ****. My weight has gone down to 117lbs from ~130lbs since I started eating like this in mid November.
