My friend wished happy birthday to my other friend but ignored me

I have two friends; one of them shares the same birthday as me.

We are a trio, and in college, we are together about 90% of the time. Last year, my friend 'A' wished 'Happy Birthday' to friend 'B,' who shares the same birthday as me, in her story. However, she completely ignored me. I texted her to ask why she would do this, and she said, 'Well, because you had ignored me.' I replied, 'No, I didn't. When did I ignore you?' I actually wished her a happy birthday a few days before mine. Then, she texted me a month later, saying she missed me and asking if I could be her project partner, referring to me as her 'so boyfriend,' because she's working with friend 'B.' We talked normally throughout the whole year.

Now, this summer, she did the same thing: she ignored my own birthday and only wished the other friend 'B.' I'm feeling so sad right now and feeling like I didn't choose my friends wisely. :frown:

That's pretty passive aggressive from A, although I wonder why she thinks you ignored her? It seems like she doesn't really want to be your friend and only wants your help for projects.
