In a degree apprenticeship, can you apply for accommodation at the university you're studying in?

I wish I could tell you something better but the guy is right - the answer is no.

On a degree apprenticeship, you should have enough to rent a cheap 1 bed/studio in a relatively decent location and still be able to afford bills (if you are careful). There are sacrifices that have to be made but your going to be the one will a degree and three+ years experience with no debt and potentially good savings.
