RAF IOT module 4
Hello,
Ive recently passed both completed my CBAT and attended and online interview for the role of pilot and in my feedback I was told to research more about what happens in the consolidation phase of IOT. Im struggling to find an exact breakdown of what happens here so if anyone could give a more detailed breakdown it would be much appreciated

Although I am currently at the CBAT stage, I have bookmarked a couple of threads/pdf's on the new IOT course from 2020. Let me know if these are any use?

Cheers. It was a long and difficult day, and unfortunately I did not make the cut for Weapon Systems Officer (WSO) but I did pass for Air Ops (Systems) Officer so now preparing for my P2 Filter Interview!
