In my opinion trimmed. I like less hair down there on a girl but would rather have her feel comfortable and sexy without feeling pressure to shave down there than have her shave. If she likes being bushy i am all for it.

I think it is personal choice and not something you can ask a girlfriend to change (unless you want her to end the relationship). My opinion is that it should be consistent, so if a woman chooses a 'Hollywood", it's kept that way.
