You can only be yourself
Be confident, and ask interesting/unusual questions. Anything that will make them remember you

You can improve your chances by being yourself more. Do things that you enjoy and develop your own interests. If you are suited for medicine you will achieve through doing the things you enjoy, and not being someone you're not.
This.
And you will never know until you apply. I can speak from experience that sometimes people are better suited than they think
