i have made two ucas accounts (same cycle) but will only pay/send one.
will that be a problem or is it fine?

You can only send one. If you send 2 then you will not be able to apply for either and you applications will be deactivated.

Think about it logically.
If one was sent, why would there be a problem?
I had two accounts, because i forgot details of one..it was fine.
