Your teeth are pretty white for natural teeth!! I wouldnt worry. I have had mine professionally whitened because I am quite picky about it, but mine were yellower than yours! If you really want them white though I think anything you can buy from the shops is a con - never works. Save up and get the dentist to do them

They're ok, just don't forget to brush twice a day. Do you drink a lot of coffee, though? Coffee and smoking tend to stain teeth.
