I have 2 types of arthritis in my left knee and a impingement in my right hip from where I tore my lumbar spine as a teenager, which prevents me from squatting any kind of weight without severe pain. If you go back far enough you'll see I've tried multiple times with squats etc but it causes me severe issues that massively impede my work. Deadlift are also a major builder of legs and I lots of them plus variants
