Petroleum Engineering students at University of Manchester

Hi!

I am really hoping you people could give me an insight on the course on what it's like, what sort of work it requires, whether or not A-Level Physics is required, how good your Mathematics has to be etcetc

An insight of how you people are finding it would be sincerely appreciated :smile:

Not sure if anybody knows but would further maths be required to help you with the math content in this course? I know they do not specify it other than 'AAB with Mathematics and one other science' but since Maths is being specified, and of course this being engineering, I'm assuming you need to be seriously solid in the mahs side compared to the science? Hmm not sure but it would be nice to hear from any students currently studying this :smile:
