Sainsbury's Administration Interview

Hey guys
I have an interview this Monday 20th May with Sainsbury's for an administration role,

i was just wondering wherever anyone has been for interview for this particular role with Sainsburys.

i was told that I would watch a DVD and after have a 1 to 1 with the manager.

Can anyone HELP ME PLSSSSS!!!!!

Had my interview yesterday, it was a group one including myself and another candidate. We were asked to read a customer complaint letter and mention good points/bad points and what to improve and had to talk about this for 20 minutes. That is all. This was for a small local store so they don't do the DVD test.
How was yours?

Local store they dont do dvd test. But in the telephonic interview they do like 20minutes. Can anyone help me? I can help in the rest for any job roles in return....
