QUESTION: Will Sainsbury's turn me down??

I have an interview at Sainsburys for the position of Trading Assistant. However, I am 16. Someone told me that you have to be 18+ to do this job and that at the interview they will immediately turn me down because of my age? Is this true? Please say it isn't because i rlly wanna work there :frown:

You'll be fine as they do employ people from the age of 16.

Most jobs in big supermarkets are age resticted to 18 year old.
