Some people claimed after the Westgate attack President organised Westage siege because he didnt want to go to the ICC court Hague since the country needed him after the attack?. How can this be true when he has already been to the ICC court in the Hague? Also is Uhuru Kenyatta actively trying to avoid going back to Hague to be prosecuted and if this is the case why don't interpol come to the state house and arrest him? Can Interpol do this or do they have to take the Kenyan government's permission to enter the country arrest Uhuru Kenyatta?
