Pre-U grading?

Hi everyone - I need a D3 in the short course of global perspectives to get into my first choice Uni. Last year I got a low M1 and my teacher has just said I got 49/60 (actually unclear whether he meant over all or just the IRR into the second year). Would this be high enough to get me a D3, either way? I'm not overly sure how much they weight each part of the course? Thanks!
