unit 4 tectonic activity and harards

Hi, I'm doing unit 4 on tectonics and still have NO IDEA how to set out an analysis section related to the pre-release because you have to include so much: before during after management for primary and secondary hazards AND contrasting case studies!
Can anyone please help? Actually no clue where to start, would be much appreciated! xx
