All about your calorie requirement, if it puts you in a calorie surplus of about 500 calories then you won't get fat. That's why I add a protein mix into that for 30g of protein.

I take it that you're new to weight lifting. If you don't go too far above your maintenance level then you won't get fat, of course. The problem with such a shake is that it's so full of rubbish that you won't be able to put on any muscle (past newbie gains) by taking it. Technically, however, you have answered the poster's question as he hasn't specified the sort of weight he'd like to put on.

Im 10 stone and about 5,9, I want to be 12 maybe 13 stone
