Cant do clearing help

I asked my university to release me as they were not confirming me if I made it into the course because I didn't get the grades which I needed. I called them multiple times and asked them to them to tell me if I made it or not so that I can apply for clearing. After many tries I finally got the message on track
"Brunel University has told us that you have not met the conditions for the Civil Engineering with Professional Development course. Your application has been unsuccessful"
(because I asked them to release me)
But on "Your Choices" on track it still says

Your place will be confirmed at this university or college if you meet the conditions of this offer. (Conditional offer (firmly accepted))

and thus I am unable to apply for clearing because I cant enter them anywhere
What should I do? Does it take time for the clearing 'Add Clearing choice' button to appear and my choices to be remove?
I have been waiting for 3 hours

This seems like an issue with UCAS, so you would be best contacting them ASAP to see what has happened and see how long it will take them to resolve it.
