Interview help!

Hey I have an interview at my local Toby Carvery (behind the bar) tomorrow but I'm so nervous during interviews and this always means I don't get the job. If anyone could give me help and advice such as interview tips or if anyone's already had an interview there and can tell me what to expect that would be hugely appreciated! I really need to get over my interview fear! :smile:
