A quick progress pic.

Just ate in that pic so a bit of bloat, but sitting with a bit of fat because of earlier gung ho eating and quick progression re strength. Still, quite a lot of progress with lifts and physique is much better than it was in Feb. Will more slowly bulk through the summer and cut next year. Will have to wear clothes on the beach this year but I want to keep gaining so there. Abs will have to be sacrificed this year.

Managed 130kg squat for 3 reps today (worked up to it). Nice and deep, no butt wink like before.

Bench was 80kg , final set (3rd set) I ****ing failed big time, my form went to **** and I could not manage past the second/third rep. I was so annoyed. Did a final lighter set for some hypertrophy work. Man, that last set of 80kg really threw me off though.
