Gap year Dilemma

I would like to go to either Hertforshire, Greenwhich or Nottingham Trent to do International Business. I've had offers from all three of these Unis, but im considering taking a gap year because I fear that part-time job opportunity is not great and also not sure if I would be able to afford maintaining myself with a part-time job at Uni. If you have any feedback to give me about ANY of these areas and how easy it is to maintain yourself each month with food, accommodation etc costs with a part-time job, and also how easy it is to get one it would be much appreciated because it is a huge dilemma thats bothering me and im not sure which way to go.
