Ok i threw a drink in somebody's face.
I met this guy on an App decided to meet and go some for some drinks.
He started talking really GROSS! stuff to me and saying ''You up for some fun right now in my car or in the park''
And i said to him no thanks
So he continued with his highly sexual...comments to me and i just got fed up and chucked my drink on him and told him to f himself and went home.
Kinda worried now since he's messaging me saying he's going to go to the cops...:/
Surely this would be laughed off?

You need to try and reason with him, if he milks this he can say you assaulted him and you could do time in prison, this is no joke you need to tell someone.

You cant print screen it thats not solid evidence, tell someone or offer him another date if he agrees to keep quiet. Trust me you dont want to get in trouble over this.

Yes, what you did is a crime. However, he likely won't actually report it, if he does the police likely won't be very interested, even if they are they may not find evidence depending on CCTV coverage, and even then a court is massively, massively unlikely to give you a custodial sentence over this unless you have previous. I'd say ignore this moron and don't worry about it.
