Undiagnosed pain for 12 years, can I get help?

Hi guys,
I've been suffering with a chronic pain since I was 10, where my bladder, reproductive organs and sometimes kidneys are in agony 6 out of 7 days a week. My GP has looked for pelvic inflammatory disease, kidney stones, celiac disease and god knows what else but still hasn't found anything. I was just wondering if I can claim disability living allowance even though the diagnosis is simply chronic pain?

Thanks in advance x
DLA doesn't exist any more. You can claim PIP if you have care and /or mobility needs which have lasted for 3 months and expect them to last for another 9 months.

Okay, do you by any chance know who I'd contact to discuss it? Thank you!
Might be IBS- it took me about 3 years to be diagnosed with it because doctors wouldn't take me seriously
