Guys what do you think of girls who listen to RnB/rap/hip-hop music?

I get the feeling that some think it's a little trashy or tasteless (because its so sexual and explicit) or chavvy or even just bad taste in music :redface:

Stuff like Drake, The Weekend, Kid Ink, Chris Brown, all that kinda stuff

I do enjoy listening to this amongst other genres because this is the sort of stuff I listened to predominantly whilst growing up!

If a girl liked rap and hip-hop, I would find it great because we have something in common. The songs that you suggested aren't exactly to my liking though. I listen to artists like: Kendrick, Talib Kweli, ASAP Rocky, Schoolboy Q, Ab soul, Jay Rock, Isaiah Rashad, J Cole, Drake, Dr Dre (because his new album is lit), etc.

Hip hop actually inspired me to study English. I'm quite nerdy yet people think it's awesome I am a fan of the genre :smile:

Kendrick Lamar and J Cole are on some next level, I really wanna meet them someday, they just inspire me. GKMC is such a classic and 2014FHD just grows on me with every listen.

Only listened to half of Compton gonna listen to the other half tomorrow...

And Drake Ofc is killing it although I much prefer his earlier work to IYRTITY
