There is no centralised source of information for adjustment. You have to ring universities individually and discuss the case with them. It is not dependent on a particular score at IB. You are only eligible for adjustment if you met and exceeded your firm offer, regardless of what that was.

The clearing lists with grade requirements are published on the university websites and in the Telegraph.

It's not possible to give you the information you require, especially without even a course or subject to go on.

The answer is still as above, except that if you go to the public library you can ask to see the print copy of the Telegraph from results day which has the clearing courses in it. The information isn't kept online. However, what is in one year isn't necessarily in the next year, so the information has limited use. You're better off putting in a properly targeted application from the first, so as to avoid using either system.
