UCAS course information

I did a further maths exam at a separate centre but I only did the exam there and didnt learn there. So what would I put as my option on UCAS, Fulltime, partime or sandwich. Also what should I put for the start and end date.

Start date and end date is for the months of the exams only. So if you have exams in May and June, start date is May and end date is June. If you only have one exam, or have several exams in one month, then the start date and end date will be the same month. The attendance is part time.
