Polish Matura exams and UCAS points?

Hi!
I was wondering, how does the Polish Matura exams translate to UCAS points.
I know there is a quite nice comparison of education systems and their UCASibility on the website, but there is one thing: all of that info is new. I've passed mine more than 14 years ago, it was so-called old system ("Stara Matura"), the system described in new booklet refers to the new one only.

Some advice here - for Uni of Bristol : http://www.bristol.ac.uk/international/countries/poland.html and Uni of Ulster : http://www.qabs.ulster.ac.uk/media/23709/EU-Entry-Equivalences-Feb-15.pdf, but you do need to chack this with each Uni - so check if you can find country specific information for Poland on each Uni you are applying to.
