Part time Trail work?

HELP! So I've been asked to do a days trail work at a local bowling alley. I'll be a party host. Now all I've been told is to turn up at a certain time and that I'll be shadowing an employed party host member.

However I need help! I've never had a trail shift before and I don't know what I can do to pass. I haven't got the job and I know I'm not against anyone but seriously I really want this job and I know that I am perfect for it but I need advice from more experienced people.

If you've ever had a work trail shift or day and can lend advice please help!
