What do i doooo!! Pls help

hi,

im currently unsure about what to do,
i didnt do so well on my alevel results and only got a total of 160 ucas point, This was because i didnt do so well in AS, and my sixth form refused to let me resit the year and allowed to continue with my struggling grade.

However i would like to go abroad for university when i decide to go but am unsure of what to do to achieve this.

Should I resit / pick a new alevel ?
or should i do an access to higer education course

All i want is to go uni in another country

could really do with some advice!!!
