Confused about university choices

In my AS levels I got AAB, for this year I'm getting predicted A*AA. Before my results, my choices were Exeter, Surrey, Southampton, Kent and unsure on the 5th. However I'm having second thoughts on these options as they are all quite small places. With my grades, where do you think is the best places to apply for law?

Exeter is very good for Law, especially if you plan on practicing in the city (London) afterwards. Southampton is not bad. Exeter is well known to be rather full of a certain type of student though (wealthy, privately educated, Oxbridge rejects) so is elitist in some sense but still a very good university.
