ucas track not working

Heya, I had an e-mail from UCAS saying my status had changed on their website, so I logged in to their tracking service, entered all my passwords etc, but it says "invalid details" or something. It worked fine last week and now my account has been suspended for trying to log in too many times. What shall I do?

Surely you must have checked by now to see if your Uni has updated it? Didn't you look on results day? Phone UCAS if it isn't working. Or are you only just applying now? If so, don't worry about it, it's probably just down for a few days for new applicants.

Call them.

I had an email also and I logged on fine, but the only change was from last week saying I'd been accepted, so it's taken 6 days for that email to come!

Yeah, when i checked about a week ago it said something like "Congratulations, blah blah blah", and I've only just recieved an e-mail today :s-smilie:

I wouldn't worry about it too much then. Have you sent back AS12?

I too got an e-mail today saying my status has changed, but it hadn't. I figured it was just from the change yesterday.
