Dropping out in 2nd year, how do I drop out at the very end of the year?

Hellooo, I'm currently on an animation course at uni in my second year and not really enjoying it. I've already dropped out of uni once before in my first year and changed both my course and university so I know how the dropping out process works, it's just that I don't know how to drop out at the very end of the year rather than the second term, since my classes end in about 2 weeks do I tell my tutors I want to drop out in these two weeks or do I wait a couple months? Will the uni even be open during those months?

I plan to finish this year but since I'm not going to be in university doing classes during the 3rd term I just don't know if I could tell them in advance to suspend my studies for next year or if I need to actually find them during the third term (if the uni is even open) to tell them then, or if there's a third option here, where you have to sign up to classes each year and you can just choose not to sign up... I'm not sure.
