The questions just relate to identifying who you are, and what your right to a passport is. Name, place of birth etc. That will include who your parents are and whether you have had a passport before. You can apply online and scroll backwards and forwards. They are very particular that you fill it out correctly, so do read the guidance notes or pay the few £ extra to get it checked at the post office to make sure it isnt rejected..
