Should i do physiotherapy or medicine? Please help me!!!

Hi everyone, Im Emmanuel and I have a biiiig problem.

I am undecided to do a medical program or a physiotherapy program in uni. I currently finished my IB(international baccalaureate) diploma and I am sure that with my results, I won't get into a good medical school which makes me think I shouldn't pursue medicine. I also have been thinking of doing physiotherapy, which I would be able to do at another institution which is really good for physiotherapy...I love both courses. so I'm in a predicament where I think doing physio at a good institution would be better than doing medicine in an institution I would not prefer to do medicine in. What do you guys think I should go for, and why? Right now I'm leaning towards physiotherapy... Please give your opinions i'm in such need right now.

What do you mean by good medical school? Do you mean not in the UK?

I meant one that could get me into a UK university for a specialization course after medicine...that's my personal definition...
