Best dating app for lesbians?

I have a tinder account and honeslty I'm finding it exasperating because I feel like some people just put seeking women on their profile to experiment which I'm trying to avoid. I've had long conversations with people where I thought there was chemistry and then people say they aren't looking to date or not interested in dating women, like wtf! I've just made a plenty of fish profile and I think that's a lot easier because you can see from the get go where someones intentions lie and I come straight up say I don't want to message people reply to people that aren't looking for anything serious. Any tips for lesbians on tinder? As horrible as that sounds I'm not looking to meet and the bicurious people as ill just feel used, how can I avoid this? I haven't been on th app this time round for that long. It'll be a week tomorrow and I know it takes time. But I hate having my time wasted. I know the her app is also very popular does anyone have experience with that?
Thank you :smile: (I Am bisexual but seeking a same sex relationship and would prefer to date a lesbian)

Her is the one that springs to mind. Tinder is supposed to be LGBT friendly too.

@constantine2016 has experience with Her.
Scruff or Grindr.

As UWS has said I have experience using Her, which is an app mainly for queer women. It is not horrible to say you're not interested in bicurious girls. A lot of these bi-curious girls actually have boyfriends and simply want a casual experiment with women on the side.

Here is my first suggestion. Ditch Tinder. I have been on Tinder in the past and let me tell you it is a waste of time for lesbian and bi women. Most girls on Tinder will only be interested in you for a threesome with their boyfriend. Moreover, you often get a lot of cringey messages from men telling you that they can turn you straight once you sleep with them.

Her is a better app to use for two reasons. 1) you won't get any messages from men. 2) most of the girls on there are actually bisexual or lesbians. You get some people stating they are bicurious but they won't be able to message you if you don't like their profile.

My experience of Her so far has been good. Yeah, the app is full of bugs but I have gotten a date thanks to the app and I've managed to make friends with more lesbian and bi women.

Thanks dear for the advice. My issue is that I'm looking for potential partners and I know tinder isn't for that at all, most women don't actually message if they've matched. I did meet my ex on tinder tho... but I will definitely try Her. I've only just made POF and I much prefer it. People reply more often, you can see when someone is online or has read your message as well.

I agree pof is good.

I ran an experiment as an obese unattractive lesbian girl on pof and she got a lot of attention from other women. Some of the girls clicking on that "meetme" thing for her were stunning....

it's really strange that women are so non shallow when looking to date other women, but when looking to date men on these apps they are super shallow and superficial, I just don't get it ...lol

That's... different lol. I think tinder is superficial. Men and women can be superficial but the nature of the app is to pick people based on their looks. No one ever reads profiles :/

I'm talking about pof, the women are superficial when looking for guys on there but for some reason don't really seem to care much about looks when it comes to dating other women....
