Club ban

I went to my local club -tiger tiger- and wasn't allowed in wheras all my friends were so i ruined their night by having to go to a dead club and was a very embarrassing walk of shame. I got told it was for fighting but im the most inocent girl going and when i called up all the police stations who appearently were the ones who got my details they said i was never on the system? Odd. Long story short i use my dutch id card usually cuz im extra like that, if i use my driving license would that work as they are different nationalities but obvs same name dob... thanks!!

Write to the manager or to the head office querying your ban.
Explain you are completely mystified why you are banned and so are the police. Ask them to clarify the matter about what information they hold about you.

You can also do a subject access request under the data protection act.to request the information.

You can then ask for it to be corrected. I assume you are in the UK.

1. Do subject access request.

2. If it says the police etc then confirm wit the police it is incorrect.

3. Contact the club again confirming it is incorrect and asking them to change their record and remove the ban,

If they wont change it, then make a complaint to the ICO.
