Hi, i'm currently writing up my A2 history coursework and am struggling quite a bit, the question i chose was "the federal government was more of a hindrance than a help to the attainment of African American civil rights during the period 1865-1968? How valid is this view?".
I'm struggling to find sources and structure the essay/find points.
Any help is much appreciated!
